Ramiro R. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ramiro began their career in 2001 as a Solutions Architect at Sybase Inc, where they worked on the development and implementation of the Swiss Medical Group Enterprise Portal. Ramiro then moved on to the Warranty Group in 2004, where they worked as a Technical Leader and later as an Engineering Manager.

In 2010, Ramiro joined MuleSoft as a Sr. Engineering Manager and played a key role in the development of Mule ESB, the most widely used Open Source ESB. Ramiro also established and grew the MuleSoft office in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Ramiro then transitioned into the role of Director of Engineering at MuleSoft and was responsible for managing the Core Platform team and the Anypoint Platform Private Cloud Edition teams. Ramiro played a pivotal role in creating Anypoint Private Cloud edition, a packaged version of the cloud software that could run on any cloud or on-premise, which helped MuleSoft capture the on-premise/private cloud market.

In 2018, Ramiro joined Salesforce when they acquired MuleSoft, and they continued their role as a Director of Engineering. Ramiro was later promoted to Senior Director of Engineering, where they focused on making Kubernetes the underlying platform for the Anypoint Platform and enabling deployment into AWS, Azure, and on-premise environments.

Currently, Ramiro is working at Domino Data Lab as the Senior Vice President of Engineering, a role they began in December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Platform Engineering.

Ramiro R. obtained a Certified Scrum Master degree from Scrum Alliance in 2008, specializing in Scrum Master and Agile practices. In 2006, they completed a Project Management Diploma from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, focusing on PMI and Project Management. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2001, Ramiro studied at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, earning a degree in Information Technology Engineering with a focus on Information Technology and Computer Science.
