Crystal Cheng has extensive work experience in product management and leadership roles. Crystal is currently the General Manager at Domino Data Lab, where they have built a team of 25 product managers and significantly increased revenue opportunities. Prior to this, Crystal was an Advisory Board Member at Matdun, contributing to the development of AI-driven smart living solutions. Crystal also served as a Member at Chief, an organization focused on empowering women in business. Crystal's previous experience includes Head of Product roles at Lyft and LinkedIn, where they played pivotal roles in utilizing AI and driving growth and monetization strategies. Crystal has also held product leadership positions at Walmart eCommerce, Zenefits, Inflection, Evernote, and SpeedDate.com. Crystal has a strong track record of driving business growth, developing innovative products, and leveraging AI technology.

Crystal Cheng's education history includes obtaining a Master's degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University. Crystal also holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Applied Sciences from the National University of Singapore. In addition to their formal education, Crystal has obtained additional certifications including the Pragmatic Marketing Framework from Pragmatic Marketing in 2012 and Reforge 2023 from Reforge.
