Thomas Grupe

Whenever it comes to individual, customer-specific solutions, Thomas is the right contact person. He has been part of Domino Germany since 2015, and since 2018 he has been responsible for all topics relating to software, system integration, industry 4.0, and project management in his current position as head of the project consulting team. His focus is on optimally aligning the processes in his department to the needs of the customers at all times, and he has already led several successful restructurings in sales support and project management.

In his day-to-day work at Domino, Thomas prides himself on the wide range of products and services that are globally competitive. He appreciates the corporate culture, which promotes performance and motivates employees, as well as the clear structures and processes, which at the same time leave plenty of room for creativity and people's own ideas. At work, he is characterized by his structured and goal-oriented way of working, as well as his reliability and diligence.

Thomas is also very active outside of work: Whether he goes running, mountain biking, or snowboarding - he does a lot of sports, likes to travel and is interested in all topics related to IT systems and software.
