Ana Clara Marques Nolasco has extensive experience in quality management, food safety, and research and development within the food industry. Since October 2015, Ana Clara has held several positions at Domino's Pizza Brasil, currently serving as Gerente de Qualidade, Segurança dos Alimentos e Pesquisa & Desenvolvimento, where responsibilities include overseeing a quality team to ensure food safety and brand standards across the entire supply chain. Prior roles at Domino's include Coordenadora de Qualidade, Analista Sênior de Qualidade, and Analista de Qualidade Pleno. Ana Clara's earlier experience includes internships at Nestlé Health Science, FASANO, and CLUB MEDITERRANEE. Ana Clara holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro, along with two postgraduate degrees in Food Safety Management and People Management, respectively. Additionally, Ana Clara has studied BSc Food and Nutrition with a focus on Food Technology at Sheffield Hallam University.
