Nadine Wyncoll

Nadine Wyncoll is the Human Resources Director at Domino's UK. Nadine has held this position since June 2016. Prior to that, they were the People Director at Domino's Pizza UK & Ireland Ltd from June 2016 to June 2021. During their tenure there, they led the people strategy for the UK, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and Iceland markets.

Wyncoll has significant experience in business growth and cultural transformation. Nadine has been a thought partner to the Executive team and Board of Directors during a period of significant growth for the company. Nadine has also established a new HR and Health & Safety function to support operating model maturity and cultural transformation of Domino's Pizza Group Head Office, Supply Chain, and Corporate Stores.

In their role as Human Resources Director, Nadine Wyncoll has developed the people model upon acquisition of 36 corporate stores (1,000 colleagues) and the acquisition of 3 International markets in Norway, Sweden and Iceland (3,500 colleagues). Nadine has also progressed Domino’s cultural transformation journey including defining a new Company Purpose and Values, Diversity & Inclusion strategy progression, Colleague Engagement & Recognition practices, Leadership Programme & skills interventions, Reward strategy progression, Hybrid ways of working evolution, Health & Safety and Wellbeing improvements and extensive Executive recruitment to evolve the ExCo, Board composition, Country Leadership Teams and introduced an in-house recruitment function.

Nadine Wyncoll is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and has a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies & Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University. Nadine also has a Leading Safely certificate from the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).

They work with Michael Von Geldern - Strategy & Insights Director, Robin Caley - Property & Business Development Director, and Pete Trundley - Supply Chain Director. Nadine Wyncoll reports to Dominic Paul, CEO.
