VP, Global Talent Management at Domino's

Eric Parsons is the Vice President of Global Talent Management at Domino's. Eric has been with the company since 2008, and in that time, they have helped to elevate the company's HR function, develop strategic direction, and enhance performance of more than 10,000 team members. Eric has also served on the Domestic Leadership Team and co-developed the talent philosophy, integrating 3 disparate groups and their systems.

Most notably, Eric has developed a 3-year Human Capital plan that accurately forecasted the organizational needs and kept pace with rapid domestic business growth. Eric has also led a cross-functional, enterprise-wide project that improved the customer experience, customer loyalty and profitability by valuing team member perspectives and motivation. In addition, they have established, implemented and maintained a positive Employee Relations and Labor Relations strategy that afforded an engaging employee experience and retained the company's union-free status.

Eric Parsons received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University with a focus in Human Resource Management. Eric then went on to receive Executive Education from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in Negotiating and Administering the Labor Contract.

Eric Parsons reports to Lisa Price, EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer. They work with Molly Gellerman - VP, HR, Sam Jackson - VP, HR.
