Abby Bennett

Abby Bennett has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2013, they joined Luby's Culinary Services as the Director of Food & Nutrition, where they worked until 2016. Following this, they joined Morrison Healthcare as the Director of Food & Nutrition from 2016 to 2019. Abby then transitioned to HungerRush and held multiple roles, including Territory Manager from November 2019 to October 2020, Regional Sales Manager from October 2020 to January 2022, and Mid-Market Sales Manager from January 2022 to December 2022. Currently, Abby works at Domo, Inc. as a Corporate Account Executive since January 2023.

Abby Bennett started their education journey at Sauk Valley Community College from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree. Then, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Illinois State University and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics.

After a gap in their education, Abby pursued further specialization in the field of dietetics. In 2017 to 2018, they completed the Morrison Healthcare Dietetic Internship, a Coordinated Program in Dietetics.

In addition to their formal education, Abby has also obtained various certifications. In 2018, they became a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. During the same year, they also earned the certification of Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from the same institution. Furthermore, Abby acquired the certification of "Mastering Sales: A Tool Kit for Success" from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in September 2021.
