Tanner Hawkes has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tanner started their career as a Lead Retail Sales Consultant at Sprint, where they consistently achieved sales targets and provided guidance to team members. Tanner then advanced to the role of Sales Manager, successfully improving store performance by implementing a sales process and coaching their team.
After Sprint, Tanner moved to CHG Healthcare where they worked as a Physician Recruiter/Account Executive. Tanner exceeded recruitment goals by 130% and managed the entire sales cycle from lead generation to customer success.
Following their role at CHG Healthcare, Tanner joined Motorola Solutions as a Software Account Executive. Tanner sold software solutions to enterprise and public safety customers, exceeding quota in the first two quarters of 2021 and generating a strong pipeline.
Currently, Tanner works at Domo, Inc. as a Corporate Account Executive.
Tanner Hawkes obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Professional Sales from Weber State University, where they studied from 2015 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired several certifications. Tanner completed the "MEDDIC | Command of the Message" certification from Force Management in April 2022. In March 2022, they obtained the "Sales Certified - Selling Through Curiosity" certification from SalesHood and the "Situation Sales Negotiation" certification from Corporate Visions.
