Alain Balandra Uy is the current Director of Hospitality at DOM's Kitchen & Market. Alain has previously worked as a founding member of the hospitality division for RH, head of the F&B department for The Peninsula Hotels, and a partner, GM, and beverage director for Jellyfish. Alain has also worked as a manager and private events coordinator for Coco Pazzo and as a chef de commis for Trio.
