Nathan Espinoza has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nathan began their career at The Wizard's Chest as a Sales Associate, where they excelled in customer service and trained new employees. Nathan then worked as a Phone Representative at 1stbank, providing efficient customer service and maintaining client accounts. Nathan further expanded their customer service skills at Nick N Willy's Pizza, where they served as a Shift Leader and trained new employees in food service and register operations.

In 2005, Nathan joined Moneygram as a Customer Care Representative, and later took on the role of Training Support Coordinator, where they trained new hires and managed a team of high-quality customer care representatives. Nathan continued to advance within the company, eventually becoming a Customer Care Supervisor.

Nathan transitioned to a different industry in 2011 when they joined HomeAdvisor as a Project Advisor, where they provided guidance and support to homeowners. Nathan then joined Winn-Marion Companies as an Assembly Technician I, where they built automation and control products and performed quality checks.

Next, Nathan joined WorldRemit as a Deputy team manager, where they held a leadership role and managed a team. Currently, they are working at Domuso as a Customer Support Specialist.

Throughout their career, Nathan has consistently demonstrated strong customer service skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.

Nathan Espinoza pursued their education at Westwood College from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia. During the same period, they also attended Westwood College of Technology and earned a Bachelor's degree in Animation. Furthermore, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from 100% Effective Ltd in February 2018.
