Mashud Khan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing excellence, and digital supply chain management. Currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing Excellence & Digital Supply Chain at DON KRC, Mashud has successfully led multiple initiatives, achieving significant cost reductions and operational improvements, including a $10M YoY reduction and advancements in labor performance through technology-driven solutions. Previously, as a Continuous Improvement Manager, Mashud managed a high-performing team, delivering over $30M in cost savings. Mashud's past roles include National Continuous Improvement Manager at Costa and various engineering positions at AkzoNobel, where leadership in process optimization and operational excellence resulted in substantial benefits. Mashud holds a B.E degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).
