Robert J. is a skilled Design Engineer with extensive experience in product design and development within various industries, including automotive, industrial, medical, and water markets. Since January 2018, Robert has been contributing to Donatelle, focusing on design for manufacturing guidance for thermoplastic and liquid silicone rubber products while proficiently utilizing SolidWorks and Creo software. Prior to this, Robert held multiple roles at Quadion LLC / Minnesota Rubber and Plastics, where expertise in NX 10 CAD and Abaqus FEA software was cultivated. Additionally, significant contributions were made at Promed Molded Products as a Research and Development Engineer, optimizing tooling for silicone molding. Robert began the professional journey as a Research Assistant at the NOvA Module Factory after earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 2013.
