Moire Gallagher

Moire Gallagher, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Donegal Insurance Group since June 2019. In this role, Moire strategically aligns business objectives with workforce management while executing key HR functions such as talent development, performance management, and employee relations. Prior to this, Moire held various positions at Cornerstone Operations Group, LLC from May 2014 to June 2019, including Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed fostering a high-performance culture and HR operational support.
