Zach McCracken

Zach McCracken has extensive experience in data management and finance, currently serving as the Manager of the Office of Data Management at Donegal Insurance Group since May 2015, where responsibilities include utilizing data analysis software tools to drive operational efficiencies and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. Prior roles at Donegal Insurance Group include Finance Transformation Manager and Internal Auditor, focusing on financial and operational audits, risk assessment, and system improvements. Earlier, Zach worked as a Mill Worker at McCracken’s Feed Mill, and held various positions at Subway and Grove City College. Zach earned a Master of Science in Business Intelligence & Analytics from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Mathematics from Grove City College.
