Lynn Ostrander

Lynn Ostrander is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Sr. HR Generalist at Donlen since 2019, Lynn previously held the position of HR Generalist at Level 10, LLC from 2017 to 2018. Lynn’s career began at Barnant Company/Cole-Parmer Instrument Co. as a Human Resources Coordinator from 1988 to 2003, followed by a role in Office Administration at Manpower, Inc. from 2004 to 2005. Lynn further developed HR expertise as an HR Representative/Admin Coordinator at GE Oil & Gas from 2005 to 2015, following the acquisition of Dresser, Inc. Lynn holds a B.A. in Business Management from Northeastern Illinois University.
