Robbie Glazner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Robbie started their career in 2003 at LifeNet as a Tissue Processor and later became a Tissue Processor Lead and Preceptor, where they were responsible for training newly hired technicians and leading the clean-room processing of donated human tissue.
In 2007, they joined Victory Baptist Church as an Associate Pastor, where their responsibilities included administration, fiscal oversight, teaching, and organizing youth activities.
In 2010, Robbie moved to Phoenix, Arizona, and founded Crosspoint Baptist Church. As the Founding Pastor, they handled administrative duties, served as the senior pastor, and established the church without denominational ties or outside support.
Since 2010, Robbie has been working at the Donor Network of Arizona. Robbie began as a Donor Program Data Coordinator and Analyst, focusing on trend analysis, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. Robbie later became a Data Intelligence Supervisor, overseeing the collection, analysis, and reporting of donation and performance data. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Intelligence, leading a team responsible for data collection, analysis, auditing, and reporting, as well as implementing an electronic medical record access program in Arizona hospitals. Throughout their roles, they emphasized process improvement and the organization's mission of organ and tissue donation.
Robbie Glazner is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Grand Canyon University, with an anticipated completion date in 2022. Prior to this, Robbie obtained a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree from Virginia Beach Theological Seminary between 2002 and 2006. Before that, Robbie pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree at Maranatha Baptist University from 2000 to 2002. Robbie's undergraduate education took place at Maranatha Baptist University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree between 1996 and 2000.
In terms of additional certifications, Robbie obtained certifications in Human Research: Social Behavioral Research for Students and Responsible Conduct of Research: RCR FOR SOCIAL AND BEHAVIORAL SCIENCE DOCTORAL LEARNERS in September 2021 and August 2021, respectively, through the CITI Program. They also hold a Certified Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS) certification from the American Association of Tissue Banks, which was obtained in February 2004.
