Carol Rodriguez-Bernier

Carol Rodriguez-Bernier, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is currently the Vice President of HR Strategy, Operations, and Inclusion at Henry Schein. With a background in global HR strategy, diversity, and inclusion, Carol has held various HR leadership roles at companies such as Motorola Solutions, Motorola Mobility, AXA, and Northrop Grumman. Carol holds a Bachelors in Economics from the University of Puerto Rico, a Masters in Business Administration from Dowling College, and has also completed a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management from New York University and an Advanced Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University ILR School.
