Carol supports operations efforts to ensure projects and student gratitude handled by staff at the New York City headquarters are screened effectively, helping create a smooth teacher and donor experience. Before joining DonorsChoose, she contributed to marketing, operations, and customer service teams in ed-tech. She holds a BA in history and literature, as well as African American studies.
