Benjamin Lyskawa started their work experience at Hollingsworth Logistics in 2005, where they held various accounting and financial roles including Accounts Payable Coordinator, Payroll Accountant, Accounts Payable Supervisor, and Accounting Manager. Benjamin then joined Cooper Standard in 2013, where they worked as a Lead Business Systems Analyst, Senior Financial System Analyst, and Lead Financial Systems Analyst. In 2018, Benjamin joined Donyati as a Program Manager, responsible for coordinating between finance/controlling users, project core team, and business unit management to support project task completion and pro-active project communication. Benjamin also identified, tracked, and supported resolution of specific implementation issues while tracking and reporting progress of reporting units to ensure on-time schedule attainment.

Benjamin Lyskawa completed their education with a Graduate Certificate in Enterprise Systems from Central Michigan University, specializing in Management Information Systems, General, in the year 2017-2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same university, which they pursued from 2000-2005. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close 2019 Certified Implementation Specialist in March 2020 from Oracle.
