Miranda Kofod has a diverse work experience in various human resources positions. Miranda is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at Doodle Bugs! Children's Learning Academy since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care from August 2018 to May 2021. Before that, Miranda worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at AAA Western and Central New York from July 2017 to August 2018. Miranda also has experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Life Storage from November 2015 to July 2017 and as an Operations Supervisor at Six Flags from April 2011 to September 2013.

Miranda Kofod, PHR, SHRM-CP holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Management from Nazareth University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including a Change Management Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM, and a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Miranda obtained their SHRM-CP certification in February 2017, their PHR® certification in January 2017, and their Change Management Certificate in March 2018.
