US Operations Manager at DOOR Ventures

Rachel Borja has worked in a variety of roles since 1996. Rachel began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Credit Suisse, where they tracked fluctuations in specialty markets and exchanges, and booked all national and global travel. In 2002, they moved to Stonehenge Management LLC as an Executive Assistant and Personal and Professional Financial Manager. Later that same year, they joined Credit Suisse again as an Executive Assistant to the Former CEO & Chairman Emeritus, where they were responsible for attending to all administrative needs of the Principal. From 2005 to 2012, Rachel worked as an Executive Assistant at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Leveraged Finance Distribution & Debt Capital Markets, and Technology Investment Banking. Rachel then moved to TruTeam as a Commercial Business Development & Administration, where they assisted the VP to create a new national line of business for a $2B public company. In 2019, Rachel joined Maher & Maher as a Database Management Specialist, where they developed a national database of apprenticeship programs for the U.S. Department of Labor in Salesforce. Finally, in 2020, they joined Mason & Carter, Inc. as a Producing Agent, and in 2022, they became the US Operations Manager at DOOR Ventures Inc.

Rachel Borja attended Sarah Lawrence College from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Literature. Rachel also attended the British American Drama Academy from 1991 to 1992, studying Theatre/Theater.
