About the Team On the Merchant Strategy & Ops team, our mission is to have best-in class restaurant selection, build cutting-edge services for our merchants to grow their business, and help our partners operate efficiently on the platform. As the Director of Ads GTM, you’ll be responsible for coordinating, executing, and scaling all go-to-market activities to grow our emerging Advertising platform.
In 2013, DoorDash launched and offered one service: delivery. Today, we offer 10+ products to half a million restaurants -- and that number is growing. The Go-to-Market (GTM) team is responsible for launching & scaling successful products for our restaurant partners.
Our goal is to build and scale products that help our merchants grow and operate their businesses profitability with DoorDash. We’re responsible for coordinating (& executing!) Go-to-Market activities across a variety of functional groups to achieve our goals.
About the Role We’re looking for a Director of Ads Go-to-Market Strategy to manage, launch, and scale our growing suite of Advertising products.
You will partner closely with the Product, Engineering, Sales, Analytics, Marketing and Research teams to establish GTM strategy for our in-app Advertising programs that restaurants can adopt.
You will recruit and build a team of operators that strategize, coordinate, and drive execution against our Advertising goals.You will help build and grow one of the largest and most innovative Advertising platforms.You will report into the Head of Go-to-Market on our Strategy & Operations team within the Merchant organization.
