Brad Willard

Brad Willard is an applied AI researcher at DoorDash since March 2025 and serves as the Head of Artificial Intelligence at Rex, where a significant vision for Generative AI and Deep Neural Network technologies has been established, leading to the launch of six major AI features within six months. Previously, Brad held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Muse, focusing on talent acquisition and a customer-centric development culture. At Flowcode, leadership in Innovation Labs and Machine Learning facilitated the creation of innovative QR code solutions, while earlier experience at Squarespace as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer and Team Lead involved founding the Machine Learning team and promoting AI initiatives. Brad earned a BA in Computer Science from New York University and furthered education at Stanford University.
