Carlos Casián is an experienced professional in the hospitality and food service industry with a robust background in operations and strategy. Currently serving as the Manager of Strategy & Operations for New Restaurant Models at DoorDash, Carlos has also held positions such as Regional Hub Operations Manager for DoorDash for Work and Los Angeles Hub Operations Lead at Caviar under Square.
