Hamid Sani is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and mechanical engineering. Currently, Hamid serves as the Head of Software at DoorDash Labs, having previously held leadership roles at Chowbotics as Head of Software Engineering and VP of Software. Earlier positions include Senior Systems Integration Engineer at Verb Surgical Inc., Co-Founder of Bistrobot, and Lead Mechanical Engineer at Wasatch Autonomy, Inc. Hamid's expertise encompasses cross-functional team leadership, robotics development, and innovative automation solutions, supported by a solid academic background with a Ph.D., Master's, and Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah.
