Rachel Dorcelien

Rachel Dorcelien is the Head of Global Employee Engagement at DoorDash. Her role combines internal communications, employee connections, and employer brand. She joined DoorDash in November of 2019 as Head of Internal Communications.

Previously, Rachel was at Comcast where she most recently served as Senior Director, Organizational Change Management.

Rachel earned her BA in Communications and Consumer Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 2009.
