Netali Peles (Tamuz) has a varied work experience. Starting in 2022, they are currently the Chief People Officer for DoorLoop Rental Property Management Software. From 2015 to present, they have been an Attorney At Law for Peles & Associates, LLC. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Managing Partner for ELP Global, PLLC, where they established and created a law firm with 17 attorneys/employees, litigated federal jury trials on Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) cases, conducted party negotiations and mediations, handled cases from initial stages to final judgment/appeals in both federal and state court, engaged in business marketing and formed strong client relationships, developed websites, and managed office administrative tasks. From 2010 to 2012, they were an Attorney for Alayon & Associates, PA. Additionally, in 2010, they were a Volunteer for ACLU. In 2009, they were a Certified Legal Intern for Miami Dade Public Defender and a Research Assistant for The University of Miami School of Law, where they worked with Professor Michael Graham updating The Illinois Rules of Evidence and with Professor Mary Doyle instructing an undergraduate course on Environmental Law. Netali was also a Legal Reporter for International Association of Asset Recovery and a Summer Associate for The Texas Civil Rights Project in 2010.

Netali Peles (Tamuz) completed a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2010, after having earned a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism, Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007. In 2006, they also earned a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Texas. In addition, they were admitted to the State of Florida Bar in 2010.
