Siddhesh Chowkidar

Siddhesh Chowkidar has a diverse work experience in the field of bidding, estimating, and sales engineering. Siddhesh started their career in 2008 as a Sales Engineer at Indic Safe Power Pty Ltd, where they were responsible for market analysis, strategic planning, and developing relationships with key customers. Siddhesh then worked at Rectifier Technologies Pacific Pty. Ltd. as a Sales Engineer, focusing on sales strategies and identifying potential opportunities.

In 2012, Siddhesh joined Schneider Electric as a National Custom Solutions Estimator, handling tendering, contract management, and customer inquiries for LV equipment. Siddhesh also coordinated with the manufacturing unit and utilized various software for project management.

From 2017 to 2020, Siddhesh worked as an Estimator at B&R Enclosures, preparing tender and quotation submissions, interpreting drawings and specifications, and preparing cost estimates. During the same period, they also worked at Siemens as an Estimator, providing Siemens products and pricing based on customer specifications and drawings. Siddhesh also assisted in bid and tender preparation and reviewed plans and schematics.

In 2020, Siddhesh joined APS Industrial as a National Estimator, where they prepared tender documents and quotations for major projects and generated reports. Currently, they are working at Doosan GridTech as a Bid & Proposal Manager in the Renewable Energy sector, handling complex bid processes, writing technical RFPs and reports, and working on regulations and permitting processes.

Siddhesh Chowkidar completed their Bachelor's Degree in Bachelors of Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2002 and 2005. Siddhesh then pursued a Master's Degree in Engineering Studies at the University of Sydney from 2006 to 2007. Following that, they obtained another Master's Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Technology Sydney from 2007 to 2008.
