Will Goldfarb

Will Goldfarb is currently the Head of Finance at Doppler. Prior to this, they were the Head of Business Operations at Weights & Biases from September 2020 to March 2022. At Weights & Biases, they led due diligence for their $45M Series B and $130M Series C, discovered and encouraged Product-Led Growth, and weekly tracking to hit Go-To-Market KPIs. Will also developed a multi-year forecast model, sales compensation planning, payouts, and software.

Before Weights & Biases, Goldfarb was the Head of Business Operations at Phil, Inc. from February 2019 to May 2020. At Phil, they led the Business Operations, Legal, and Analytics Functions while reporting to the CEO. Key accomplishments while they were there include hiring an analytics team and implementing self-serve software (Looker), successfully completing a Series C financing round, accurately forecasting 2019 ARR, fixing a multi-million dollar shipment gap, negotiating partnership agreements, creating board decks, and leading the daily exec staff meeting.

From April 2013 to April 2018, Goldfarb was the Sales Strategy & Analytics Director at New Relic, Inc.

Will Goldfarb attended the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and received their JD. Will also attended Yale University and double majored in history and economics. Will's educational career began at Princeton High School.

Will Goldfarb reports to Brian Vallelunga, Co-Founder & CEO. Will Goldfarb works with Yasmine Helmy - Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Adam Meehan - Sales Director, and Ruud Visser - Chief of Staff.
