Lourdes Isla

Lourdes Isla currently serves as the Dean of Students at Doral College since October 2018 and has held the position of Principal at Mater Gardens Academy Charter School since August 2006, where the institution was recognized as a 2014 National Blue Ribbon winner. Prior to this, Lourdes Isla gained experience as an Assistant Principal at Mater Academy East Charter School from August 1999 to June 2006, where responsibilities included serving as a kindergarten teacher and lead teacher. Lourdes Isla holds a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Nova Southeastern University, obtained between 1997 and 2006.
