Chad Bathke

Chad Bathke has a diverse range of work experience in the construction industry. Chad recently served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Doral Corporation starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Construction Executive at Construction Executive from January 2022 to October 2022. Chad's extensive experience in the field began in 1995 when they became the Owner and Chief Operating Officer at VJS Construction Services, Inc. Chad held that role for over 26 years until January 2022.

Chad Bathke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2013, they obtained a certification as a Certified General Contractor in the state of Florida from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Chad has also pursued additional certifications including the Associated General Contractors of America Advanced Management Program (AMP), Associated General Contractors of America Leadership Institute, and Associated General Contractors of America Project Managers Course (PMC).
