Srinivasa Rajanala

Srinivasa Rajanala has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Srinivasa began their career at Pitti Laminations Ltd as an Assistant Manager in Production from April 1991 to December 1996. Srinivasa then joined Rane Brake Linings Limited and worked as Deputy Manager in TQM from December 1996 to April 2005. After that, they joined Tecumseh Products Company as a Manager in Lean and TQ from April 2005 to March 2007. Subsequently, they joined Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and held various roles including Associate Director in PPIC, Packaging Ops. and Warehouse Ops., as well as Operational Excellence and TOC from May 2007 to May 2014. Srinivasa then moved on to Pfizer and acted as the Head of Operational Excellence from May 2014 to November 2017. Following this, they joined OpEx Pharma Solutions and Consultants as an Operational Excellence Consultant in Pharma Ops. from November 2017 to October 2018. Finally, in November 2018, they joined Dorf Ketal as the Senior Vice President of Business Excellence.

Srinivasa Rajanala completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Srinivasa also pursued a Post Graduate Diploma from the Shingo Institute, specializing in TQM, TPM, 5S, TEI, DOE, and Business Management. Additionally, they obtained certifications in various fields, including TOC expert certificate from Goldratt Consulting in 2012, Sixsigma Blackbelt from Benchmark Six Sigma in 2007, EMS Auditor/Lead Auditor from NQA, USA - National Quality Assurance in 2006, and ISO 9000 Auditor/Lead Auditor from IRCA in 2005. In 2019, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow for the Advanced Program in Leadership for Business Excellence.
