Scott Starnes is an experienced sales executive with a strong background in the fashion and retail industry. Since March 2003, Scott Starnes has served as the Executive Vice President of Sales at Dorfman Milano. Prior to this role, Scott Starnes worked at RHE Hatco from July 1988 to January 2003, holding positions as Vice President of Sales and Sales Executive. Scott Starnes earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland, and also attended Hampden-Sydney College in 1982.
