Sachin Baviskar has extensive work experience in the engineering and project management field. Sachin started their career as a Process Engineer and Fabrication Engineer at DSME, where they managed project scopes and worked on various projects for clients like BP, Exxon, and Chevron. Sachin then joined Chevron as a Project Management Professional, where they held multiple roles, including Commissioning and Startup Manager, Project Manager, and OE/HSE Manager. After their time at Chevron, they worked at Tengizchevroil as Manager of Project Assurance, Interface, and Risk for the Future Growth Project. Sachin later joined Scout Infrastructure as a Director, and then moved on to LOC as a Project Director. Most recently, Sachin has been working at Delta Energy & Petroleum Co. as a Senior Project Advisor, and they are currently serving as the Operations & Projects Portfolio Director at DORIS Group.

Sachin Baviskar completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Chemical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 1997 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2018. Additionally, they acquired the Capital Stewardship & Organizational Capability (CSOC) certification from Chevron in 2009, the Operational Excellence certification from Chevron in 2007, and the CPDEP PM400 certification from Chevron.
