Arkadiusz Mazur

Arkadiusz Mazur is a Senior CRM Solution Architect at dormakaba since September 2020, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Global CRM, legacy systems integrations, and rolling out telephony systems. Previously, Arkadiusz served as a Senior Salesforce Consultant/Developer at Isobar Switzerland, where global CRM implementation for Dentsu Aegis Network was a key project. At blue-infinity Linked by Isobar, Arkadiusz provided technical support for several clients, acted as tech lead for Givaudan’s CRM implementation, and developed tools for IATA. Arkadiusz began as a Salesforce Developer at Britenet, focusing on CRM for Roche and other projects in the healthcare sector. Arkadiusz holds a Master of Science in Informatics from Cyprus University of Technology and an Engineer's degree in Informatics from Politechnika Lubelska.
