Helmut Krasnik

Helmut Krasnik has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in IT and digital platforms. Helmut has worked as a VP of IT Global Business Applications at dormakaba since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at CKW from 2018 to 2023. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as the Managing Director of Corporate Digital Platforms at Axel Springer SE. Helmut also held the position of Group CIO and Managing Director of Dreamlabs Inc. at Ringier Axel Springer Media AG from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they have worked as the CIO at Mediaprint from 2011 to 2014 and as the Head of Group IT Operations & Infrastructure at Erste Group Bank/Sit solutions from 2009 to 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked in prominent positions such as Head of Information Systems and CIO at Bundesimmobilien GmbH, Director of Operations DACH & CEE at Western Union, and General Manager Operations at Sony.

Helmut Krasnik earned a Master's degree in Electronics & Business from Technische Universität Wien, where they studied from 1987 to 1994.
