Kelsey Roseman

Kelsey Roseman, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the People Development Lead for the Americas at dormakaba since July 2022, after previously holding the position of Talent Development Manager. Prior to this role, Kelsey accumulated extensive experience at dormakaba Americas from February 2017 to August 2022, serving as HR Manager for Indianapolis Manufacturing Operations and as a Human Resources Generalist. Kelsey's career also includes a brief tenure at STANLEY Security as an SLP in Human Resources, and an internship in Human Resources at Federal Mogul. Early work experiences include roles as an umpire for Rochester Avon Recreation Authority and as a keyholder for Flirty Fashions. Kelsey holds a degree from Michigan State University, where education was pursued from 2012 to 2016, following completion of high school at Stoney Creek High School from 2008 to 2012.
