Kevin Battista, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the fields of customer experience, demand planning, logistics, and procurement. Kevin currently holds the position of Director- Customer Experience at Dorman Products. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Experience Manager at the same company and also served as a Demand Planning Manager and Senior Demand Planner. Before joining Dorman Products, Kevin worked at DuPont as a Business Planning-Supply Chain Content Owner and Logistics Specialist. Kevin also gained experience as a Sourcing and Logistics Specialist at DuPont Titanium Technologies Business. Additionally, Kevin completed an internship at BASF, where they focused on strategic sourcing and procurement for rare earth minerals. During their internship, they developed and managed a global sourcing strategy, identified new suppliers, and conducted negotiations. Kevin also contributed to a global strategy initiative at BASF, consolidating feedback forms and identifying opportunities for standardization.

Kevin Battista, MBA completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Penn State University from 2010 to 2014. Kevin then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Saint Joseph's University, which they completed from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, Kevin obtained the Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification from APICS in 2016 and the Six Sigma-Green Belt certification from DuPont.
