XIN LI

Xin Li has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Beginning in 2009, Xin Li worked as an Avionics System Engineer at Shenyang Aircraft Design and Research Institute, where they designed avionics systems, managed suppliers, conducted testing, and provided technical support for maintenance. Afterward, Xin Li joined Dornier Seawings GmbH in 2017 and held various roles. They started as an Avionics System Engineer and later became the Deputy Head of Mechanical System and Deputy Head of Program Management. Xin Li's responsibilities included managing departments, coordinating interdepartmental efforts, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They also served as the Technical Assistant to the CTO, assisting in team management and talent cultivation. Ultimately, Xin Li became the Head of Engineering at Dornier Seawings GmbH, leading the Design Organisation and overseeing the engineering team. They ensured compliance with regulations and airworthiness standards, managed resources and budgets, and provided technical leadership.

Xin Li pursued their education in the field of engineering, focusing on aeronautics, aviation, aerospace science, and technology. XIN completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree at Northeastern University from 2003 to 2007, specializing in Automation. XIN then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering from Northeastern University from 2007 to 2009. Finally, they completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology at Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2015 to 2018.
