Andrew Ronchi began their work experience as a Physiotherapist at the Prahran Sports Medicine Centre in 1993 and worked there until 1998. Andrew then joined the Melbourne Football Club as a Physiotherapist from 1997 to 1999. In 1993, Andrew Ronchi founded the Hoppers Crossing Physiotherapy Centre where they served as a Director until 2008. In 1997, they also founded the Bluff Road Physiotherapy and was a Director until 2008 as well. Since 2008, Andrew Ronchi has been the CEO of dorsaVi, focusing on commercializing their movement assessment technology in the international market. As a director, they provide oversight and input on the company's performance, strategic direction, and market priorities, while also managing financials, HR requirements, and developing the company's Intellectual Property portfolio.

Andrew Ronchi completed their education at multiple institutions. In 1987, they attended La Trobe University and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy, which they completed in 1990. Later, from 2002 to 2008, they pursued a PhD in Engineering at RMIT University in the School of Computers and Systems Engineering. Additionally, in 2012, Andrew Ronchi attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors, where they completed the Company Directors Course, focusing on the roles and responsibilities of Company Directors.
