Alejandra Blancas is a professional in the film industry with extensive experience in post-production and production assistance. Since February 2016, Alejandra has been with Dorsey Pictures, progressing through roles such as Post Production Operations Manager, Media Manager, Ingest Technician, and Transcriber/Logger. Prior to this position, Alejandra worked as a Freelance Production Assistant for various companies between May 2013 and May 2016, contributing to projects for Kia Motors and Merrell, as well as participating in live events like the Sundance Film Festival 2016 and the reality show American Idol 15. Earlier experience includes serving as a Second Second Assistant Director and Production Coordinator for the short film "The Acquisition" and as a Casting Director and 2nd Assistant Director for "Moving." Alejandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Full Sail University, completed in 2013, and a high school diploma from Green Mountain High School, obtained in 2010.
