Hilda Chan

Hilda Chan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as a Partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP since December 2015, Hilda previously held the position of Senior Associate at the same firm. Prior to that, Hilda was an Associate at Troutman Sanders LLP from January 2011 to October 2015, and at Sidley Austin LLP from September 2007 to November 2010. Hilda's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in History and Political Science from the University of Toronto and an LLB and PCLL in Law from The University of Hong Kong. Hilda’s foundational education was completed at The Bishop Strachan School.
