Gregory Cassens has extensive experience in the food safety and legal sectors, currently serving as Regulatory Counsel and previously holding the positions of Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance and Food Safety Manager at Dot Foods since April 2011. Prior to this role, Gregory worked at Blickhan, Timmerwilke, Woodworth & Larson from January 2010 to April 2011. Educationally, Gregory holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned between 2006 and 2009, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Western Illinois University, completed in 2006.
