Kandis Bock

Kandis Bock is the VP of Human Resources and Chief of Staff at Meredith Corporation since November 1984. At Dotdash Meredith, started in December 2021, Kandis holds the position of VP, HR Policy and Labor Relations. With a Masters in Organizational Learning and Human Resources Management from Iowa State University, Kandis has led various HR functions and projects, including workforce strategies and diversity/inclusion initiatives. Kandis has developed and aligned HR policies and practices, driven results by aligning strategies with business goals, and led efforts in talent acquisition and employee development at Meredith Corporation.
