Jen Richards has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, holding various HR roles in different organizations such as Lynchpin Media, The Windsor Forest Colleges Group, East Berkshire College, Royal Holloway, University of London, Wycombe District Council, GMW NHS Trust, Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester Care, and Bolton Primary Care Trust.
