Julie Vacca Hulak

Julie Vacca Hulak has a diverse background in human resources and has held various HR director and business partner roles throughout their career. Julie recently joined Double E as the Senior HR Director, overseeing the company's human resources department. Prior to this, Julie worked at Veolia North America as a Senior HR Director for nearly five years. Julie also has experience as an HR Director at Clean Harbors, where they provided hazardous waste management services. Earlier in their career, Julie worked as a Human Resource Business Partner at The Shaw Group. With over a decade of experience, Julie possesses a strong understanding of HR practices and has worked with a variety of companies, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to governmental agencies.

Julie Vacca Hulak has a Master's of Science degree from Emmanuel College (Boston). Julie also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
