Kristen Russell has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Kristen started their career at LucasArts in 1997, where they worked as an artist. Kristen'sresponsibilities included pre-rendered cinematic work, in-game modeling and texturing. Kristen contributed to the creation of several successful titles such as Star Wars: Jedi Starfighter and Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds. In 2002, Kristen joined Electronic Arts (EA) as a Senior Artist, specializing in textures. Kristen worked on various games, including James Bond: From Russia With Love and Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005. After three years at EA, Kristen joined Crystal Dynamics in 2005 and held the role of Senior Artist. Kristen was primarily responsible for creating environment materials and utilizing a shared material library. In 2008, Kristen moved on to Double Fine Productions as a Senior Material Artist. Overall, they have built a strong foundation in material creation, UV mapping, and texture work throughout their career in the gaming industry.

Kristen Russell attended the University of Virginia from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Kristen completed a double major in Studio Art and Art History during their time at the university.
