Senior Game Designer at Double Fine Productions

Sarah Will has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Sarah started their career at Joan's as a Sales Associate in 2005 and later worked as a Counseling Assistant at College Counseling Service in 2007. In 2011, they interned at Intersect Partners. Sarah then joined Red 5 Studios in 2013, where they initially served as a QA Tester before transitioning into the role of Game Designer. During their time at Red 5 Studios, they developed mission types, implemented missions, and created boss encounters. In 2016, they joined Ubisoft as a Game Designer, where they designed and implemented minigames, scripted ambient life within South Park, and created the "Selfie" system. Sarah also worked as a Technical UI Designer at Ubisoft, where they prototyped wireframes, collaborated with UI engineers, and iterated designs to match style guides. Sarah's most recent role is as a Senior Game Designer at Double Fine Productions, where they are currently employed.

Sarah Will attended The George Washington University from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Biomedical/Medical Engineering. Later, they went on to study Mathematics at Chapman University from 2010 to 2013, earning their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.
