Andy is the Retail Ops Manager at Doughnut Time. Andy previously worked as a Senior General Manager at Jamies Italian from November 2013 to May 2019. With over 21 years of experience in the industry, Andy has a huge passion for food and wine. Andy strives to mentor and coach both teams and individuals by instilling a new mindset and approach to achieve a common purpose.

Andy has studied English Language and Literature, General at St Mary’s secondary school.
