Jackie Herbert is an experienced professional in product development and innovation within the food and nutraceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Product Innovations Manager (Nutra) at Douglas Pharmaceuticals since March 2022, Jackie has previously held key positions, including Technical Manager at New Zealand Health Manufacturing and New Product Development Manager at Good Health Products. Earlier career roles include General Manager NPD & Technical at New Image Group and Product Development Manager at Vitaco Health Limited, where a solid foundation in food science was established. Jackie started the career as a Laboratory Technician at Quest International Flavours and progressed through various roles focused on product and flavour development.
